Bookkeeper
Andrea Kitchen was born in Germany and grew up in the southern New Mexico/El Paso demographic region. She grew up having a love and desire to work with animals. Although her current position at Zarges Animal Clinic as the book keeper consumes a lot of her time at a computer, she always finds time to interact with our patients and their owners!
Andrea has always been a leader and she utilized her leadership skills managing a successful trucking company from 1984 until 2004. Then after raising her three boys which are the love of her life, she pursued a higher education degree. Her tenacious and hard working personality allowed her to work full time, go to school full time and graduate Delta Mu Delta a national honor society. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Accounting in 2012 and her Master’s of Business Administration in 2015. Both degrees were earned at the University of Phoenix.
Andrea finds balance in her daily routine by enjoying outdoor activities such as off roading in her Razor or zipping around on her ATV. She also enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, boating or jumping on a jet ski. Andrea also devotes her spare time as the treasurer for both the Workforce Toastmasters and Delta Mu Delta. The doctors and staff at Zarges Animal Clinic are grateful to have such a special person as part of our team!
