As a new client of Zarges Animal Clinic, you can expect our full attention to you and your pets’ needs. When you walk in for your appointment you will be greeted by our friendly front desk crew, where you and your pet will be checked in.
Our technician will come out and get a weight for your pet on the lobby scale. Next, the technician will escort you to an exam room where they will take a brief history, current medication list, and the reason for your visit.
One of our veterinarians will come in to examine your pet, ask you further questions, and if needed recommend diagnostic tests. Once the results from the tests are available, which can usually be done in practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan.
If your visit is for routine vaccinations, our doctor will perform a full examination before giving the vaccinations. This is a great time to ask the doctor any questions you may have about your pet. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you are fully informed and satisfied with all of your concerns.
Thereafter, the technician will come in to wrap up the appointment by informing you about treatment procedures or to further answer questions about care for your pet. Lastly, the front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up appointments. We are excited to meet you and your animal family members!
